Tester for diagnostics of voltage regulators.

The device simulates control signals from ECU - Electronic Control Unit for a tested voltage regulator. It contains integrated physical and program interfaces of all actually existing control modes of modern alternators. The handset tester possesses the opportunity to change existing and implement new functions and interfaces in the software.

The adapter has additional functions: a PWM generator and an oscillograph. They can be useful when repairing both the alternator and the whole car. The product is designed for vehicles whose rated voltage of electrical installations is 12V and supports standards: COM - LIN, BSS, (BSD). The device’s control is easy and user-friendly, the indication is very convenient due to the color 4.3” TFT display. Software update for new protocols is carried out through USB port. Test bench gives an opportunity to generate of arbitrary PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signals. Diagnostics lasts about 2 minutes.
