Shipping Policy: All paid orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)

Returns: Items returned for refund must be unopen/unused in original packaging and within 30 days of date of sale. All Returns must have a Return Form accompanying the goods.

Payment Due:

Payments are due on the 20th of the month following purchases.

Penalty

Should payment not be received on due date, a late payment fee may be imposed of 8% on gross outstanding.

Stop credit:

Starter, Alternator Supplies Ltd T/A Automotive Supplies Group NZ reserves the right to place the account on hold for non payment.

Debt Collection:

Starter, Alternator Supplies Ltd T/A Automotive Supplies Group NZ reserves the right to lodge an outstanding debt with Baycorp NZ Ltd. All costs of collection, late payment penalties and any legal fees will be passed on to you, the debtor. In addition, your credit file will be affected.
