Operating changes for the 30th/31st July

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that AS Group NZ will be operating with reduced capacity on July 30th and 31st 2026, due to an important family occasion. As a small, family-owned business, we appreciate your understanding.

During this time, our phone lines will be unattended, so we will be unable to accept telephone orders. You can still email your orders to us, but for seamless processing, we strongly prefer that you log in and order via our website.

Please note that only our East Tamaki warehouse will be operational during this period. Online orders for products stocked at this location will ship the same day or can be collected. All other orders will be dispatched on August 3rd.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support.

Payment Due:

Payments are due on the 20th of the month following purchases.

Penalty

Should payment not be received on due date, a late payment fee may be imposed of 8% on gross outstanding.

Stop credit:

Starter, Alternator Supplies Ltd T/A Automotive Supplies Group NZ reserves the right to place the account on hold for non payment.

Debt Collection:

Starter, Alternator Supplies Ltd T/A Automotive Supplies Group NZ reserves the right to lodge an outstanding debt with Baycorp NZ Ltd. All costs of collection, late payment penalties and any legal fees will be passed on to you, the debtor. In addition, your credit file will be affected.
